Business Development Executive

Job Description :
The BDE is responsible for prospecting, developing and
maintaining relationships and expanding the client base in new
and/or existing territories to include good corporate clients across
various regions.
Key Role & Responsibility :
- Responsible for meeting & establishing business relations with
Architects, PMC'S& Interior designers.
- Prospect, develop and maintain strong corporate relationships
through various channels of marketing. Analyze prospective
corporate companies to identify if a successful relationship is
possible using information obtained from online research and
phone discussions.
- Meet a minimum number of new Architects/Designers monthly in
each geographical market.
- Ensure previous months newly signed clients are on track and
take appropriate action as needed.
- Remain informed on all industry related trends and each
assigned market's competitive environment. Relay information to
management as it relates to specific market assigned.
- Generate and implement ideas for marketing, sales and/or
promotions in relation to corporate projects.
- Achieve minimum monthly targets in terms of projects,(Both
residential & commercial)across a set of reputed clientele, through
Architects & Interior designers
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 1-2years or more of experience in Marketing & Sales
in Projects domain (Residential or commercial.)
Experience in Marketing of any reputed home/office interior related
product would be an added advantage.
Candidates having strong network connections with Architects,
Interior designers & PMC will be an added advantage.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation &
organizational skills are required.
- Highly motivated and energetic individual.
- Must be able to create and deliver/facilitate sales
presentations to individuals or large groups remotely.
- The candidate would be handling HNI Clients, Architects,
designers, hence should be very well groomed &
presentable.
- Individual must be a team player who works cooperatively
with peers, co-workers, supervisors and other departments.
- Should be apt in developing and maintaining productive
business relationships.
PC skills are required. Experience and a level of proficiency with
Microsoft Office, especially Excel & Power point is required.
Education:
Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred. A
combination of experience and education will be considered.
Other criteria :
- Having an own vehicle with a valid driving license would be
preferred.
- Should be fluent in English & Hindi
- Knowledge of local languages will be an added advantage.
