Job Title: Technical Editor – LaTeX

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experiencedLaTeX Technical Editor with strong expertise in journal editing, structuring, and reference formatting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with LaTeX-based workflows and a solid understanding of journal publishing requirements, preferably forJournals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit, format, and structure manuscripts using LaTeX/TeX according to journal guidelines.
  • Ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to publisher-specific requirements.
  • Review and validate references as per journal/reference style guidelines.
  • Ensure all elements—tables, figures, equations, and metadata—are correctly formatted.
  • Check and journal-specific requirements (preferably Elsevier workflows).
  • Collaborate with authors, project managers, and production teams to resolve content or formatting issues.
  • Maintain high-quality output and deliver within assigned timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong working experience as a LaTeX Technical Editor (mandatory).
  • In-depth knowledge of journal requirements and editorial standards.
  • Well-versed in reference styles and formatting requirements.
  • Preferably experienced withJournal workflows.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong command over LaTeX.
  • Good communication and time-management skills.
