Job Description

Job Title: Master Copy Editor

We are looking for a Master Copy Editor with:

  • Strong experience in collation and master-copy activities
  • Excellent copy-editing skills
  • Extensive experience as a Word Technical Editor / Pre-editor
  • In-depth knowledge of journal requirements
  • Strong understanding of reference styles and formatting
  • Preference for candidates with journal workflow experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform master-copy checks and collation activities
  • Copy-edit manuscripts as per journal guidelines
  • Validate references and ensure adherence to publisher styles
  • Coordinate with production teams to resolve issues
