Role & responsibilities We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with experience in the forging industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving domestic and international sales, developing new markets, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for domestic & international markets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the forging industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, distributors, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategic plans to management.
  • Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote company products.

Preferred candidate profile BE in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).

  • 5-8 years of experience in Sales & Business Development in the Forging Industry.
  • Proven track record in domestic and international sales.
  • Strong knowledge of forging processes, materials, and applications.
