Role: Cluster Operations Manager

Major Responsibilities :

  • Overseeing 3-5 warehouses with help of Warehouse Supervisors.
  • Responsible for renewal and mapping of Godown agreements, Godown licenses , FSSAI license as well as Rental claims along with taxes applicable to avoid delay in rent release.
  • Mapping of stack plan and storage agreement in system.
  • Proving Commodity Health Report (CHR) and inward & outward reports to depositor.
  • Collection of monthly storages charges from depositors.
  • Managing customer feedback.
  • Fortnightly audit of the godown and stocks followed by reports submission.
  • Invoice Management.
  • Ensuring effective job delivery of Quantity and Qulaity Supersvisor (QQS).
  • Ensuring availability of suitable dunnage material, locks, FFE in godowns and refilling of FFR before expiry.
  • Performing of all DRC activities in the absence of DRC Supervisor.
