We are looking for a skilled Technical Lead with 6 to 11 years of experience, located in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Java, Spring, SQL, J2EE technologies, RDBMS, and data modeling.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Design and implement scalable software applications using Java and J2EE technologies.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code that meets industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

Job Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Java, Spring, SQL, J2EE technologies, RDBMS, and data modeling.
  • Experience with the implementation of Java/J2EE design patterns.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Notice period: 0-30 days.
  • Education: BE, B.Tech, ME, M.Tech, MCA.
