Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – FMCG Sales to lead our statewide sales operations for our kids' brand FMCG product range. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, in-depth understanding of FMCG sales (preferably baby/kids category), and the ability to drive market growth across Kerala. This role involves strategic planning, team management, distributor handling, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
  • Lead and supervise the FMCG sales team across Kerala
  • Expand market presence for kids/baby FMCG products and explore new business opportunities
  • Manage distributors and retail networks, ensuring proper coverage and availability
  • Track sales performance, analyse reports, and provide actionable insights
  • Conduct regular market visits, monitor competitor activities, and ensure market hygiene
  • Coordinate closely with marketing, supply chain, and other internal departments
  • Ensure timely payment collection and adherence to company policies
  • Maintain high professionalism while motivating and guiding the sales team

Requirements:

  • Male candidate, graduate in any field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 5–7 years of FMCG sales experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Experience in baby/kids FMCG products will be an added advantage
  • Strong understanding of FMCG retail, distribution, and modern/ general trade channels
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing large teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Good proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala
  • Self-motivated, organized, and result-oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹70,000.00 per month
