Role Description

We are looking for a Tech Lead - Full Stack to join our team on-site in Bengaluru. This full-time role involves leading the technical development and maintenance of our digital health platforms. Responsibilities include designing architecture, writing high-quality code, implementing scalable solutions, ensuring application performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Mentorship and guidance for the development team will also be an integral part of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Full-Stack Development, including experience with frontend and backend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, , and Python.
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture, microservices, APIs, and database management systems like MySQL or MongoDB.
  • Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of mentoring junior developers and leading technical teams effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking with a focus on building scalable and secure systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in healthcare technology, subscription models, or fitness applications is a plus.
