Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Faridabad

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily with clients, contractors, site supervisors, and site engineers to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR) for all site activities.
  • Handle MIS reporting—daily, weekly, and monthly project data, material status, and progress tracking.
  • Monitor material planning, availability, consumption, and dispatch for PEB projects.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and site teams for timely material delivery and utilization.
  • Provide daily updates to the reporting manager on project status, delays, and site issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to project execution, materials, and client communications.
  • Assist in scheduling, planning, and monitoring project timelines to ensure smooth execution.
  • Follow up on pending tasks and ensure alignment with project schedules.

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent knowledge of PEB components, erection sequence, and material handling
  • Strong MIS reporting skills (Excel/Sheets, dashboards, data tracking)
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
  • Strong follow-up and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
