About the Role

This role will solve the tech execution bottleneck in funnel development, Shopify store management, and marketing support workflows.Currently, the funnel team lacks a dedicated tech resource to handle:

• Shopify backend tasks and landing page building
• Tracking, reviews, upsells, apps, and offer implementation
• AOV/CRO experiments and product listing updates
• Daily execution speed that requires tech know-how
• Tool setup, integration fixes, and technical issue resolutions

This role ensures funnel-to-store execution is fast, accurate, and scalable — improving launch cycles, conversion speed, and reducing team dependency.

90-Day KRAs (Key Outcomes)

Daily tech support for funnel & store execution (Shopify tasks, LP building, fixes)

CRO hygiene improvements by fixing bugs, errors, and technical issues

Support presell/upsell page creation using Shopify tools and funnel briefs

Assist with A/B tests and documentation for performance tracking

Manage tools & app setup (Shopify apps, Airtable, Slack, Asana workflows)

Primary Responsibilities

Daily Responsibilities

• Complete Shopify tech tasks assigned in the Funnel OS (Asana)
• Assist in LP building, product setup, formatting, and visibility updates
• Upload reviews, create offer pages, and fix layout/display issues
• Update upsell/presell flows and ensure links work correctly post-launch
• Handle quick fixes and urgent technical support for the funnel team
• Maintain task speed, accuracy, logic, and proper reporting

Weekly Responsibilities

• Audit and update product pages for broken links or design/layout issues
• Assist in building/refreshing landing/presell pages
• Conduct store QA: navigation, app performance, variant issues
• Prepare a weekly report of tasks completed, pending work, and blockers
• Suggest 1–2 improvements for funnel/store tech workflows

Skills & Competencies RequiredTechnical Skills

● Shopify backend & product setup

● Basic landing page building (Shopify themes/apps)

● Understanding of upsells/presell flows

● Ability to troubleshoot tech issues, bugs, and display errors

● Familiarity with Airtable, Slack, and Asana (preferred)

Soft Skills

● Fast execution & problem-solving

● High attention to detail

● Ability to follow structured workflows

● Strong communication with team members

● Quick learner with technical curiosity

Experience & Qualifications

● 0–2 years of experience in Shopify, funnel tasks, or tech operations

● Smart freshers with strong learning ability are also welcome

● Portfolio not mandatory but preferred if available
