**Role Overview**

We’re hiring a **Digital Marketing Intern** who has **hands-on experience with paid ads**—primarily Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or Google Ads. You’ll support live campaigns, help with creative testing, and manage performance tracking.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in launching and managing **Meta / Google ad campaigns**
- Help with **audience research**, **creative testing**, and **performance optimization**
- Track ad performance using **Google Sheets**, **Meta Ads Manager**, or **Google Ads dashboard**
- Support landing page updates using tools like **Elementor (WordPress)**
- Collaborate with the content team for copy, creatives, and funnels
- Conduct competitor ad research and trend tracking

**Must-Have Skills**
- Hands-on experience running **Meta Ads** and/or **Google Ads**
- Strong understanding of **CPC**, **CTR**, **CPL**, **retargeting**, and **lookalike audiences**
- Familiarity with ad platforms like **Meta Ads Manager** or **Google Ads UI**
- Comfortable using **Google Sheets** for tracking and reporting

**Nice-to-Have**
- Experience with **Elementor** or any landing page builder
- Knowledge of **Microsoft Clarity**, **PostHog**, or other behavior analytics tools
- Ability to write basic **ad copy** or hooks
- Understanding of **funnel optimization** or **conversion rate improvement**
