Role & responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for existing clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing solutions to meet their needs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company's presence within the education sector.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of products and services and provide ongoing support to clients.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to build and maintain relationships with existing schools.
  • Liaison with internal stake holders to improve the usage & complaint resolution.
  • Work with Academic & Technical team to resolve customer queries.
  • Build opportunities across all product lines in existing schools.
  • Create cross-sell & up-sell opportunities with every customer.
  • Identifying Think Edge opportunities & conversion from existing schools.
  • Visiting all schools once every quarter & all critical schools once every month.
  • Addressing all customer requirements on complaints handling, content issues and service gaps within 48 hrs.
  • Provide market differentiated services and experience for the existing schools.

Preferred candidate profile

At least 8-13 years of work experience in B2B sales, customer retention, upselling, cross selling, etc. with high degree of Relationship building skills.
