A real estate telemarketing executive is responsible for generating leads and closing sales by making outbound calls to prospective clients about properties. Key duties include qualifying leads, providing information on properties, setting up appointments for viewings, maintaining a customer database, and collaborating with the sales team. This role requires strong communication and persuasive skills, as well as the ability to manage a sales pipeline and handle customer inquiries. Key responsibilities
- Outbound calling: Make cold and warm calls to potential clients to introduce properties, provide information, and generate interest.
- Lead qualification: Ask questions to understand the needs and goals of potential buyers or renters.
- Appointment setting: Schedule property viewings or sales meetings for the field sales team.
- Database management: Maintain and update a customer relationship management (CRM) database with client information and interaction history.
- Sales support: Support the sales team by providing qualified leads and following up with prospects who have shown interest.
- Inquiry handling: Answer questions about properties, including features, pricing, and availability.
- Client relationship management: Follow up with existing clients to discuss new opportunities and build long-term relationships.
- Performance reporting: Keep track of calls, appointments, and sales, and prepare reports on activities.
Required skills and qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasive and convincing abilities.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Proficiency with computers and CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle rejection.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
