**Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation**:

- Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and identify potential clients.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.

**Product Promotion**:

- Effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers.
- Provide information about the advantages of GRP/FRP products.

**Appointment Setting**:

- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Follow up with potential clients to ensure a smooth transition to the sales process.

**Customer Engagement**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular follow-up calls.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

**Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on telemarketing activities and outcomes.

**Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align telemarketing efforts with broader company objectives.
- Participate in training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed telemarketing targets.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the GRP/FRP industry is a plus.
