**Tele Marketing Executive**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Tele Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Tele Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, and closing sales deals over the phone. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 1-2 years of experience in tele marketing who are looking to build a successful career in sales.

**Responsibilities**:
Conducting market research to identify potential customers and generate leads

Making outbound calls to prospective customers and presenting our products/services

Building and maintaining customer relationships by providing excellent customer service

Achieving sales targets and closing sales deals over the phone

Keeping accurate records of sales activities and updating the CRM system

Providing feedback and suggestions for improvement to the sales team

Collaborating with team members and other departments to meet sales goals

Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends

**Requirements**:
1-2 years of experience in tele marketing or sales

Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Target-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers

High level of energy, self-motivation, and enthusiasm

Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
