**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled International Tele Marketing Executive to join our team. As an International Tele Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for generating meetings with potential clients through effective telephonic outreach. Your primary focus will be on initiating and nurturing business relationships to drive sales and expand our client base internationally. This is a challenging role that requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a results-oriented mindset.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound international telephonic calls to targeted prospects and decision-makers in various industries.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, introduce our services, and generate interest in scheduling meetings.
- Actively follow up with leads and inquiries to maximize meeting conversions.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and value propositions to effectively communicate their benefits to prospects.
- Qualify prospects based on predetermined criteria to ensure alignment with our target market and ideal customer profile.
- Utilize a customer relationship management (CRM) system to record and track all interactions and update contact information.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads and provide relevant information to enhance the sales process.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and tailor outreach strategies.
- Achieve and exceed individual targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to meeting generation and conversion.
- Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in tele sales, tele marketing, or a similar role, preferably in an international or B2B environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage prospects and build rapport over the phone.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to generate interest and secure meetings.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using telephony systems.
- Good understanding of international business practices and cultural nuances.
- Knowledge of the industrial engineering sector or related industries is a plus.
- Professional and positive demeanor with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections and rejection with resilience.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.Proactively manage and retain relationships with Global buyers and Exporters/ suppliers.
