  • Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance with check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to inquiries about memberships, services, schedules, and amenities.
  • Process new member registrations, renewals, and payments using point-of-sale (POS) and membership software.
  • Maintain accurate records of member information and attendance.
  • Monitor access to the facility and ensure that only authorized members or guests enter.
  • Promote and sell memberships, class packages, and retail items.
  • Keep the front desk, lobby, and surrounding areas clean, organized, and professional.
  • Report equipment or facility issues to the appropriate department or manager.
  • Assist with scheduling classes, personal training sessions, or facility tours.
  • Enforce gym rules and policies politely and professionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22, ₹25,000.00 per month
