
Wellness Center Manager

We are looking for a sales-driven Center Manager to lead and grow our healthcare & wellness center. This role demands a strong focus on customer acquisition, sales conversions, and revenue generation, combined with the ability to oversee smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be a target-oriented professional who can convert walk-in customers and leads into long-term clients, while ensuring service quality and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Sales & Business Development
- Drive customer acquisition by converting walk-ins and leads into paying clients.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Actively promote services, explain benefits, and ensure high sales conversion rates.
- Build lasting client relationships to maximize repeat business and referrals.
- Operations & Team Management
- Manage daily center operations to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Train, guide, and motivate the team towards a sales-first, customer-centric approach.
- Execute local marketing campaigns to boost footfall and brand visibility.
- Monitor center KPIs, prepare performance reports, and present insights to management.
- Ensure adherence to company standards, compliance, and wellness protocols.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Healthcare, Hospitality, or related field.
- 25 years of proven sales experience in wellness, healthcare, retail, or hospitality.
- Strong track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Exposure to center/branch/store operations with team management experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
- Local language is mandatory: Kannada for Bangalore / Telugu for Hyderabad.
- Wellness experience is most preferable.
