Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Webflow Developer to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for converting finalized Figma designs into responsive, high-performance websites on Webflow. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can collaborate effectively with designers and project managers to ensure seamless execution and maintain the highest design and user experience standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop responsive websites in Webflow based on Figma design files.

* Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.

* Implement animations, transitions, and interactions within Webflow.

* Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO compliance.

* Collaborate with the design team to maintain visual and functional accuracy.

* Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and CMS functionalities as required.

* Stay updated with Webflow updates, best practices, and new capabilities.

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Webflow Developer with a strong portfolio.

* Proficiency in **Figma-to-Webflow** implementation.

* Strong understanding of responsive design principles.

* Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and website performance optimization.

* Knowledge of basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

Preferred Skills

* Experience with custom code integration (JS/CSS) in Webflow.

* Understanding of Webflow CMS and dynamic content workflows.

* Prior experience working in creative agencies or fast-paced environments.
