The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in supporting end-to-end hiring processes, knowledge of recruitment platforms like Naukri and LinkedIn, and the ability to coordinate effectively between candidates and hiring managers. This role suits someone detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow in the hospitality HR domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for hospitality positions.
  • Source, screen, and maintain candidate databases using various Job portals, and other channels.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support offer roll-outs and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and reports.
  • Assist in building and maintaining a talent pipeline.
  • Stay updated on hospitality hiring trends and assist in implementing best practices.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR recruitment team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in HR / Hotel Management.
  • Experience in hospitality recruitment (internship or 1–2 years preferred).
  • Familiarity with various recruitment tools.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mumbai-based candidates preferred.
