Specialist - People Analytics & Engagement Insights (8-14 yrs)

Overview:
- This role focuses on using data-driven approaches to improve employee engagement and organizational health. You'll partner with HR and business leaders to provide insights, implement engagement strategies, and create dashboards and reports that guide talent management decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and monitor employee engagement strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage employee surveys and analyze feedback.
Provide actionable insights to improve retention and engagement.
Create dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership.
Collaborate with HRIS/IT to build people metrics tools.
Required Qualifications:
Degree in HR, I/O Psychology, Business, Data Science, or related field.
5+ years in HR Analytics or Employee Engagement.
Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
Experience with survey analytics, dashboards (Tableau, BI), and MS Office.
Familiarity with HCM systems (e.g., Workday).
Preferred:
Experience driving cultural change in global organizations.
Strong data visualization and reporting skills.
