a. Review approved project timelines and actual progress, and perform Delay Analysis (incl. Expected Cost to Complete and Expected Time to Complete) & critical path analysis,
b. Review actions initiated to avoid recurrence,
c. Check implementation status of previous action plan agreed
d. Review Project budgeting process and approvals and evaluate Process for budget allocation at WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) level and Process for tracking spends as per budget defined at WBS level and action steps to control cost beyond budgeted amounts
e. Review Process for Project Planning, monitoring project time estimates, and time taken for completion of projects,
f. Review supply chain management for the projects and their effectiveness,
g. Review Resource planning (man, material, equipment's) & utilization,
h. Review of drawing management process and drawing masters control procedures,
i. Evaluate KPIs and MIS reporting of the project
j. Review Process for project closure and handover and suggest improvements.
k. Review Capitalisation of the project.
l. Review project quality management and running bills of the contractors.
m. Review Inventory management process including receipt and issuance of material and reconciliation.
n. Review project related compliances including Third party compliances.
o. Review project financial reporting and control.
p. Project Transmission line & connectivity finalization.
q. Evaluate Engineering management for the project w.r.t PR finalisation, Manufacturing clearance, design amendment.
r. Review and verify all change management.
s. Review of overall project risk management control and their effectiveness.
