Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to support our travel operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with hotels, safari offices, and drivers to ensure smooth execution of travel itineraries. This role involves handling bookings, managing guest communications, and addressing last-minute arrangements to provide a seamless travel experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with hotels, safari offices, and transportation partners for trip arrangements.

  • Manage daily booking operations and maintain accurate records of client itineraries.

  • Communicate with guests to provide updates, confirmations, and support throughout their journey.

  • Handle last-minute changes or requests promptly and efficiently.

  • Ensure timely sharing of guest details and travel plans with all stakeholders.

  • Assist in preparing travel documents, vouchers, and reports.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve operational or service-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred).

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Email communication).

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • Prior experience in travel operations, back-office, or hospitality coordination will be an advantage.
