Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Dadar / Wadala
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Work Timings: 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM / 12 PM TO 9 PM
Qualification: Graduate (B.Com or equivalent preferred)
Gender: Male/Female

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing invoices, managing vendor payments, reconciling bank transactions, and assisting in the preparation of GST and TDS records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update daily accounting records in the accounting system.

  • Prepare and issue invoices to clients and vendors.

  • Manage vendor payments and ensure timely disbursement.

  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of transactions.

  • Assist with GST and TDS-related documentation and filings.

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors as required.

  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Commerce or related field (B.Com preferred).

  • 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance.

  • Knowledge of Tally/ERP or similar accounting software.

  • Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

  • Good communication and time management skills.
