Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for all Operations of the Gift City bank including Account Opening, disbursement of ECB loans, Buyer's credit, KYC related etc
- Support the other activities of the branch including reporting(internal/regulatory), administrative activities, finance related activities etc
- Ensuring proper controls in place for all proccess and having trained backups
- Drafting and preparation of procedure manuals for Products handled out of Gift Citi Branch
- Liaising with internal stakeholders such as Compliance/Credit/Business Teams
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements as well as Head Office guidelines.
- Establishing a strong risk management culture in the team.
- Identify, assess and manage the risk environment of the unit.
- Contributing towards department efforts in the areas of constant process improvement, improving productivity etc

- Qualified CA/MBA with 9-10+ years of experience with extensive knowledge of working in wholesale Banking Operations ,
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and the personal ability to collaborate, operate and communicate effectively with a culturally diverse group of peers and colleagues.
- Individual should have the resilience to handle internal pressures and conflicts in dealing with multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high pressure environment
- Quality conscious and having flair for constant process improvement
