Technical Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and develop robust and scalable applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and C#, adhering to industry best practices.
  • Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle—from requirement analysis to deployment and support.
  • Write clean, modular, secure, and well-documented code with strong adherence to SOLID principles and design patterns.
  • Perform in-depth code reviews, offering constructive feedback and upholding coding standards across the team.
  • Proactively troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in existing systems with minimal supervision.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure scalability for high-traffic enterprise environments.
  • Design and maintain efficient SQL Server database schemas, views, indexes, triggers, stored procedures, and optimize query performance.
  • Ensure all applications are secure by design and meet compliance standards.
  • Integrate third-party APIs, tools, and services as required for business functions.

Leadership & Management Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance engineering culture.
  • Act as a technical point of contact for project requirements, design, and implementation across cross-functional teams.
  • Allocate and manage tasks based on team strengths, project priorities, and client requirements.
  • Conduct technical sessions, training, and knowledge-sharing activities for team upskilling.
  • Participate in and lead client meetings, offering technical insights, clarifying requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
  • Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and Product Management to align software releases with business timelines.
  • Travel to client locations, when necessary, to gather in-depth requirements, provide on-site support, or deliver critical updates.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in .NET development, with a strong emphasis on .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and SQL Server.
  • Deep understanding of object-oriented programming, microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous programming.
  • Strong experience in entity frameworks (EF Core), LINQ, and architectural patterns like repository/unit-of-work.
  • Demonstrated success in leading development teams and delivering enterprise-level applications.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to Azure/AWS services for cloud-native applications.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and DevOps tools.
  • Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.

Experience with Angular, or React is a plus
