What We Do

  • Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team.
  • Oversee project execution from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and goals are met.
  • Drive technical best practices, architecture decisions, and code quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and other stakeholders to align technical execution with business objectives.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and career development support.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advocate for new tools and technologies that improve team productivity and code quality.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of backend software development experience, strong expertise in Python and Django.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • 2+ years of people management or technical leadership experience.
  • Solid hands-on experience deploying and managing applications in AWS.
  • Proven success managing projects in an agile environment.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
