Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to expand our presence in the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants & Cafes) segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth by visiting restaurants, hotels, and cafes across Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit restaurants, cafes, and hotels regularly to meet owners, managers, and purchase heads.
  • Present Earth Element's range of crockery, cutlery, and kitchenware with in-depth product knowledge.
  • Identify and onboard new B2B clients in the hospitality segment.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
  • Negotiate pricing, close deals, and ensure timely order fulfillment and payments.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, stock availability, and delivery schedules.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and suggest strategies to improve sales performance.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on client visits, sales pipeline, and performance metrics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
