Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to expand our presence in the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants & Cafes) segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth by visiting restaurants, hotels, and cafes across Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit restaurants, cafes, and hotels regularly to meet owners, managers, and purchase heads.
- Present Earth Element's range of crockery, cutlery, and kitchenware with in-depth product knowledge.
- Identify and onboard new B2B clients in the hospitality segment.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiate pricing, close deals, and ensure timely order fulfillment and payments.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, stock availability, and delivery schedules.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and suggest strategies to improve sales performance.
- Prepare and maintain reports on client visits, sales pipeline, and performance metrics.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
