Role Overview:

The Business Development Executive will be instrumental in driving the growth of our Engineering Services department. This role involves prospecting and cold calling to clients in the US, UK, and Canada, selling outsourcing solutions tailored to enterprises such as contract manufacturing, OEMs, and design houses. The successful candidate will manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to sales closure, including onboarding and managing alliances to enhance client value. A strong understanding of offshore outsourcing platforms is essential to craft solutions that meet customer needs. Experience in selling CAD-related services or solutions to the construction industry is required, and proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Revit is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and perform cold calling to international clients, particularly in the US, UK, and Canada.
  • Sell outsourcing solutions to enterprises in the assigned territory.
  • Manage the entire lead lifecycle from generation to sales closure.
  • Onboard and manage partnerships to enhance client value.
  • Maintain accurate customer records by updating CRM systems and reports.
  • Handle both inbound and outbound leads effectively.
  • Leverage experience in selling CAD services or solutions to the construction industry.
  • Utilize hands-on experience or certifications in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit to enhance service delivery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
