Job Summary:
Data Analyst with strong Power BI development skills to collect, analyze, and translate data into actionable insights. The role supports the Transformation function to achieve its goals through Power BI dashboard development, data collection and analysis, and creating business reports with actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Power BI dashboards using Power Query, DAX, Visualizations and Data modeling
- Understand ETL processes on data platforms
- Gather data from various sources across the organization
- Cleanse and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Analyze data using statistical methods and data visualization tools
- Translate complex findings into non-technical language
- Create business reports and dashboards for different teams
- Provide actionable insights based on empirical evidence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions
Skills & Requirements
Must Have Skills
- Power BI development (Power Query, Visualizations, Data modeling, Bookmarks)
- DAX and M Query coding
- Data analysis and visualization techniques
- Proficient in SQL
- Basic knowledge of python, ETL concepts
- MS Excel proficiency
