Job Title: Client Support Specialist ( Non-Voice)

We're looking for a proactive, results-driven Client Support Specialist to build and strengthen long-term partnerships with our key clients. In this role, you'll gain a deep understanding of client needs, design tailored solutions, and lead cross-functional efforts to deliver measurable business impact. You'll be instrumental in driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Understand client goals, challenges, and industries to craft customized business strategies
  • Lead client engagements from end to end, coordinating with internal teams across operations, finance, and support
  • Facilitate strategic discussions, contract negotiations, and performance review meetings
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and introduce new services
  • Provide actionable insights through data-driven reports and market trend analysis
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to enhancing client service methodologies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Law (LLB), or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • 1+ years of experience in client management, consulting, or business strategy roles
  • Demonstrated experience delivering tailored solutions and managing high-value client relationships
