Key Responsibilities

Recruitment:

  • Manage
    end-to-end hiring
    for
    construction roles
    (Engineers, Architects, Project Managers, MEP professionals) and
    hospital roles
    (Doctors, Nurses, Paramedical & Administrative staff).
  • Coordinate with
    department heads
    and
    project managers
    to understand and fulfill manpower requirements.
  • Source, screen, and interview
    candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networks.
  • Handle
    offer rollouts, negotiations, onboarding, and joining formalities
    .
  • Maintain
    recruitment reports, trackers, and candidate databases
    .

HR Operations:

  • Manage
    employee induction and orientation
    programs.
  • Handle
    documentation, personal file management
    , and ensure HR compliance.
  • Support
    monthly payroll coordination
    and attendance tracking.
  • Assist in
    HR-related communications, letters, and data management
    .
  • Maintain a
    strong talent pipeline
    and ensure smooth HR operational flow.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in
    Recruitment & HR Operations
    , preferably in
    Construction
    or
    Healthcare
    industries.
  • Graduate / Post-Graduate in
    HR, Business Administration
    , or related field.
  • Good understanding of
    technical roles
    and
    HR processes
    (recruitment, onboarding, payroll).
  • Excellent
    communication
    ,
    coordination
    , and
    organizational
    skills.
  • Only Pune-based candidates
    will be considered.
