What you'll do:

As an AI Senior Developer in the Sales Cloud team, the primary responsibility will be to develop product features within the Sales portfolio, integrating AI-driven solutions, and helping the team deliver services on the cloud-native stack on a continuous basis.
You will work with a highly motivated and talented set of colleagues. You will:

• Be a motivated, self-starter who can operate with minimal handholding.

• Translate business requirements into scalable and performant technical solutions.

• Design, code, test, and assure the quality of complex AI-powered product features within our Customer Experience & Sales portfolio.

• Contribute to the integration of AI-powered capabilities into SAP CX solutions using SAP AI Core and LLMs.

• Build intelligent, adaptive services using generative AI to enhance service workflows and customer interactions.

• Collaborate across teams and time zones, demonstrating flexibility and accountability

What you bring

• 4–9 years of software engineering experience, with significant exposure to building products on the cloud-native stack.

• Strong knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals.

• Proficiency in Python/Java; Spring Boot experience preferred.

• Familiarity with JavaScript; experience with Angular or ABAP is a plus.

• Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

• Proven track record of writing production-grade code for enterprise-scale systems.

• Experience with SQL databases; knowledge of NoSQL and event streaming (e.g., Kafka) is a bonus.

• Experience working with LLMs and generative AI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.).

• Demonstrated ability to build or integrate AI-driven features into enterprise applications.

• Experience with SAP software (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform) is an asset.

• Knowledge of Agentic AI and frameworks

• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

• Experience using tools like JIRA for tracking tasks and bugs.
