Senior AI Developer Position

We are seeking a seasoned Senior AI Developer to lead our AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AI/ML development and deployment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for an individual with 7+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 3 years of deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms.
  • Expertise in machine learning frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Azure ML SDK is required.
  • The successful candidate will have advanced knowledge of AI services: Cognitive Services, OpenAI, AI Document Intelligence.
  • Proficiency in Python for AI/ML workflows is necessary.
  • Hands-on experience with serverless architecture: Azure Functions, Durable Functions is expected.
  • Familiarity with data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, or Event Grid is desirable.
  • A strong understanding of NLP, computer vision, and RAG techniques is essential.
  • Proven experience with MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for model deployment is required.
  • Certifications: Azure certifications such as Azure AI Engineer Associate, Azure Data Scientist Associate, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert are preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Leadership experience, mentoring skills, and ability to design end-to-end AI systems are necessary.
