About Position:

We are seeking python architect with hands on experience in python programmer, cloud, Django, flask.

What You'll Do:

  • Architect and lead complex software modernization initiatives across diverse technology landscapes.
  • Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions using Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, and FastAPI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to define modernization roadmaps and technical strategies.
  • Drive innovation through the use of AI-powered tools like Cursor and GitHub Copilot for code analysis, refactoring, and upgrades.
  • Lead technical Centers of Excellence (COEs), developing reusable assets, offerings, and best practices.
  • Apply domain-driven design and microservices architecture to real-world implementations.
  • Ensure seamless integration of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting technical solutions and progress in a clear, client-friendly manner.

Expertise You'll Bring:

  • 12–15 years of hands-on experience in software engineering with a strong programming foundation.
  • Deep expertise in Python and its frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI).
  • Proven track record in leading modernization projects and client-facing engagements (minimum 5 years).
  • Strong architectural and design skills with the ability to create and execute modernization strategies.
  • Experience with tools-led modernization approaches and familiarity with tools like Cursor and GitHub Copilot.
  • Knowledge of domain-driven design, microservices patterns, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization technologies.
  • Certifications in TOGAF, AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
