Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect robust, scalable, and secure Python applications.
  • Define and enforce best practices in software engineering and architecture.
  • Lead technical discussions and decision-making across teams.
  • Mentor development teams and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and performance.
  • Collaborate with product managers, DevOps, QA, and other stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks to support project goals.
  • Drive architectural initiatives for performance optimization, scalability, and reliability.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Python.
  • 2+ years in a Python Architect or Lead Developer role.
  • Expertise in web frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Proficient in Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Solid understanding of asynchronous programming and concurrency in Python. Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Red
