The candidate should have 5+ years of experience with 2+ EDMCS implementation experience. Experience with any other EPM module is a plus

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced
Oracle EDMCS (Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service)
Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle EDMCS, ensuring the successful deployment of data governance, master data management, and business rules within the platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to streamline data integration, improve data quality, and enhance decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation and Configuration:

• Configure and implement Oracle EDMCS to manage master data, metadata, and business processes.

• Design and implement data models, hierarchies, and governance frameworks using EDMCS.

• Set up data validation rules, workflows, and user roles within EDMCS.

• Data Governance & Integration:

• Work with business units to understand data requirements and define governance strategies.

• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Oracle EDMCS with other enterprise systems, such as Oracle EPM, ERP, and third-party applications.

• Ensure the proper integration of data from different sources, including data mapping, cleansing, and transformations.

• Process Improvement & Optimization:

• Analyze current data management practices and recommend process improvements.

• Create and optimize workflows and user access protocols to streamline data management.

• User Training & Support:

• Provide training and guidance to business users and technical teams on best practices for using EDMCS.

• Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for EDMCS users, including issue resolution and system upgrades.

• Data Quality & Compliance:

• Implement data quality standards and monitor compliance with organizational data management policies.

• Create reporting and analytics solutions to ensure effective tracking of data quality metrics.

• Collaboration and Reporting:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective data management strategies.

• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to showcase data management efforts and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

• Experience:

• Proven experience in Oracle EDMCS implementation, configuration, and support.

• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Applications (EPM, ERP, etc.) and Oracle Database is a plus.
• Experience in data modeling, metadata management, and data governance practices.

• Strong knowledge of hierarchy management and workflow configuration in Oracle EDMCS.

• Skills:

• Excellent understanding of data governance, data modeling, and data integration.

• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Familiarity with Oracle's Data Relationship Management (DRM) tool is an advantage.

• Certifications: Oracle certifications related to EDMCS or EPM are a plus.
