Job Overview

We are hiring a highly skilled Senior Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP FICO and finance domain solutions such as Treasury (Murex, Aladdin) and Taxation Systems.

The ideal candidate will combine deep finance and accounting knowledge with hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting enterprise finance solutions. This role involves leading end-to-end implementations, bridging business needs with technology, and supporting process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Finance Subject Matter Expert (SME) for implementing solutions across SAP FICO, Treasury, Murex, Aladdin, and Tax platforms.
  • Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with stakeholders to understand and document finance process needs.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for solution delivery.
  • Configure, integrate, and test SAP FICO / Treasury / Tax modules.
  • Lead data migration, validation, and reconciliation during project cutovers.
  • Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure business readiness for go-live.
  • Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Develop and deliver training materials, SOPs, and end-user training sessions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: CA / ICWA / M.Com / B.Com.
  • Experience: 7+ years in SAP FICO / Finance solution implementation and support.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes: financial closing, consolidation, taxation, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP configuration, integration, and deployment.
  • Exposure to Treasury platforms (Murex, Aladdin) is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and implement emerging non-SAP finance modules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,000, ₹3,000,000.00 per year
