Key Responsibilities
Reception Duties:
- Greet and receive visitors or clients at the front desk with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Handle basic administrative tasks: sorting mail, filing documents, coordinating schedules.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area and manage visitor logs.
Telecalling Duties:
- Respond to inbound inquiries about real estate projects and property offerings.
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and schedule site visits.
- Provide detailed information on plots and housing projects, answer client questions clearly.
- Follow up with prospective leads via calls, WhatsApp, or emails.
- Maintain accurate logs of calls, leads, follow-ups, and site visit appointments.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support client interactions and ensure smooth handoffs.
- Education: Graduate ,+2
- Experience: Any relevant experience in receptionist, or customer service roles; some or real estate exposure preferred but not mandatory.
- Languages: regional language skills (Odia, Hindi) .
- Skillset:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable receiving visitors and handling outbound/inbound calls..
- Organized, attentive to detail, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Customer-centric mindset with a polite and professional demeanor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9, ₹12,210.21 per month
