Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and promoting our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Explain products or services and generate leads or sales.

Maintain customer records and update information in the database.

Handle customer queries politely and professionally.

Follow up with interested customers and achieve daily/weekly targets.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English and local language.

Basic computer knowledge.

Positive attitude and target-oriented.

Freshers can apply.
