About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager – IT (Software Testing Focus) to oversee end-to-end IT operations, with a strong emphasis on software testing and delivery efficiency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing QA delivery, optimizing resources, and ensuring seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily testing operations, project delivery, and service support.
  • Collaborate with project managers and QA leads to ensure on-time, quality delivery.
  • Manage resource allocation, team performance, and vendor relationships.
  • Implement and monitor process standards (Agile, ITIL, ISO) for continuous improvement.
  • Track KPIs such as delivery timelines, defect rates, and SLA adherence.
  • Handle escalations, risks, and maintain strong client communication.
  • Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance metrics for management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT operations or QA delivery management.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Expertise with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, TestRail.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and process automation.
  • Experience in budgeting and resource planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 6–10 years of experience in IT operations or testing delivery management.

  • Team utilization and retention.
