About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager – IT (Software Testing Focus) to oversee end-to-end IT operations, with a strong emphasis on software testing and delivery efficiency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing QA delivery, optimizing resources, and ensuring seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily testing operations, project delivery, and service support.
- Collaborate with project managers and QA leads to ensure on-time, quality delivery.
- Manage resource allocation, team performance, and vendor relationships.
- Implement and monitor process standards (Agile, ITIL, ISO) for continuous improvement.
- Track KPIs such as delivery timelines, defect rates, and SLA adherence.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT operations or QA delivery management.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and process automation.
- Experience in budgeting and resource planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 6–10 years of experience in IT operations or testing delivery management.
