Role & responsibilities

Installation

  • Responsible for installations as per specified processes

Troubleshooting & Support

  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues during and after installation, as per the guidance of field manager and customers

Customer Communication

  • Maintaining positive relationships on field, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction

Documentation

  • Maintaining records of installations, troubleshooting steps, and any other relevant information.

Inventory Management

  • Managing necessary tools, equipment, and spare parts for installations.

Safety Compliance

  • Ensuring all installations are carried out in accordance with safety regulations and guidelines

Skills and Qualifications

  • ITI or Diploma Holder in Electrical & Electronics
  • Effective communication with both technical and non-technical individuals
  • Experience of working on installation and maintenance projects (Energy Meters, Grid Automation, Cable Laying) in Distribution Grid
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose field issues and provide effective solution
  • Preferred Experience Range: 5+ Years
