Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Business Analyst role located in Chennai. We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst - Finance and accounting to serve as the critical liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams in evaluating, implementing, and optimizing IT solutions. The successful candidate will conduct comprehensive reviews of existing and proposed IT tools, analyzing their alignment with business requirements and recommending strategic decisions. You will manage end-to-end project lifecycles for IT implementations, coordinating cross-functional teams, developing project timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines. Post-implementation, you will monitor system performance, gather user feedback, measure success against defined KPIs, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills in finance and accounting domain with excellent communication abilities to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders. This position offers the opportunity to drive meaningful technology initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and support business growth objectives.
