Reports to: Senior Manager
Shift Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday half-day)
Office: Work from our Bangalore – Jayanagar office
Travel: 8–10 client visits per week expected
Compensation: Industry-standard salary with performance-based incentives

We are a fast-growing IT staffing organization dedicated to connecting top talent with leading companies. Our placements team plays a critical role in sourcing and closing high-value opportunities for candidates and clients alike. We are looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to lead and scale our staffing operations.
This role offers the chance to work closely with senior leadership, build key client relationships, and drive growth in a competitive and evolving market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 4–6 Business Development Executives focused on IT staffing.
- Own end-to-end client acquisition, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Build and nurture relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Meet headcount and revenue targets for staffing requirements.
- Drive business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
- Conduct at least 2 in-person client meetings daily and support team activities on the ground.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports using CRM tools and Google Sheets.
- Negotiate terms, manage objections, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and hiring patterns.
- Encourage and mentor team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in IT or tech staffing, with at least 1 year in a leadership or team lead role.
- Proven track record in new client acquisition and recruitment business development.
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and data-driven reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel (8–10 client visits per week).
- Result-oriented, self-driven, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- MBA preferred but not mandatory.
