We cater to various corporate needs, such as holiday parties and quarterly meetings, while ensuring affordability and the highest food safety standards. Currently serving 4000 meals per day, Mykhana stands in accordance with FSSAI standards, avoiding additives and synthetic chemicals.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Bengaluru . The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including posting job ads, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers. The specialist will also work on employer branding to attract top talent and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Qualifications

  • Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Hiring skills
  • Experience in Interviewing candidates
  • Employer Branding skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's / master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the corporate catering or food service industry is a must.
