Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist, located in Bengaluru South. The role involves managing the entire recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist will also be responsible for developing recruiting strategies, managing recruitment databases, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sourcing candidates and conducting interviews
  • Ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies
  • Strong skills in managing recruitment databases and tracking systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with the technology and digital transformation industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
