Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT) Location: Bangalore, HSR LayoutWork Mode: On-site (Monday to Friday)Experience: 2–5 YearsDepartment: Human Resources / Talent AcquisitionEmployment Type: Full-time About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles. You will partner with hiring managers, source top talent, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience. Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment for IT (Tech, Product, Data, etc.) and Non-IT (Sales, Marketing, HR, Operations, etc.) roles.Source candidates using job portals, , referrals, and social media.Screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.Track recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.).Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in HR or related field. (MBA is a plus point)2–5 years of hands-on experience in IT & Non-IT hiring.Strong knowledge of sourcing tools ( Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to handle multiple roles with attention to detail.
