Job Title: Outbound Call Executive

Location: Santacruz West

Shift: Rotational (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, including Sundays; 1 weekday off)

Job Summary:

We are looking for proactive Outbound Call Executives to engage with labourers and guide them on using our services. The role involves making outbound calls, providing basic technical support, and informing individuals about app usage or upcoming camps. Knowledge of local dialects (UP) or Hindi is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to labourers to provide guidance and support.

Explain how to use the app to generate results or access services.

Inform and coordinate about upcoming camps and other events.

Provide basic technical support and troubleshoot simple app-related queries.

Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups.

Collaborate with the field team and other departments for smooth execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Good communication skills in UP dialect or Hindi.

Basic understanding of technical applications (app usage guidance).

Customer-oriented with patience and problem-solving ability.

Ability to work in a rotational shift including Sundays.

Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Preferred:

Prior experience in outbound calling or customer support.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Rotational, 1 weekday off, Sunday included)
