Job Description:

We are hiring a motivated and customer-focused Call Centre / BPO Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and provide excellent support services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.

Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests with accurate information.

Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

Update customer records and maintain proper call logs.

Follow communication scripts and processes as per company standards.

Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution.

Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and service levels.

Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Escalate complex issues to team leaders or supervisors when necessary.

Stay updated with product knowledge, services, and policies.

Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass or graduate (any stream).

Good verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages.

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Ability to work in rotational shifts (including weekends, if required).

Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Freshers can apply; experience in BPO/call centre is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in voice/non-voice processes (inbound/outbound).

Knowledge of CRM or call centre software.

Multilingual abilities (e.g., Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, etc.) are a plus.

Sales or customer support background.
