Job Overview:

As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at our IT company, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and driving the growth of our web and mobile development, as well as design services. You will collaborate with our cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that align with client goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
Identify and generate new leads for web development, mobile app development, and design services. Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media channels.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with both global and domestic clients. Understand their business needs and translate those into potential projects, offering customized solutions.

Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and new business opportunities. Utilize insights to create and adjust business strategies and offerings.

Proposal Creation & Negotiation:
Prepare tailored proposals, cost estimates, and project timelines. Negotiate contracts and agreements to close deals effectively and efficiently.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Work closely with the sales, marketing, design, and development teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction. Provide technical insights on project feasibility, scope, and timelines.

Global & Domestic Market Focus:
Develop business in both domestic and international markets. Adapt communication strategies to suit different cultural, business, and time-zone needs.

Client Communication & Reporting:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Time Zone Flexibility:
Coordinate with clients across multiple time zones, ensuring efficient communication and timely responses. Flexibility in working hours to accommodate global clients.

Tracking & Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of all business development activities in CRM systems. Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and achieved goals to the management team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in an IT company, specifically focused on web development, mobile development, or design services.

Knowledge & Expertise:
Strong understanding of web technologies, mobile app development, and design processes. Familiarity with industry trends, development tools, and best practices is essential.

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical clients and tailor messages to different audiences.

Sales & Negotiation Skills:
Proven track record in generating leads, closing deals, and achieving sales targets. Strong negotiation skills to secure profitable contracts.

Time Zone Management:
Ability to handle multiple projects across various time zones (both domestic and international). Comfortable with flexible working hours to align with global client needs.

CRM & Tools Proficiency:
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other business development tools. Ability to use data for decision-making and strategy adjustment.

Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented:
Strong self-discipline, motivation, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proven ability to meet or exceed business development goals.

Team Player:
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and marketing, to deliver successful outcomes.

Education:

·       A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Experience in working with clients from diverse industries and geographies.

·       Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management practices.

·       Strong network within the IT industry.
